Breakfast for dinner!

Hello, hello!! Today, I had a presentation at work, so I was busy preparing for it yesterday. However, I also was able to fit in a glorious 5 mile treadmill run in 44 minutes.

After my presentation (which went well!) I came home and rested a little bit in order to re-energize for the gym. Last night I had a hard time falling asleep; I don't know if it was nervousness or I was thinking about Harry Potter (I was reading book 7 before bed) or that just some nights I can't sleep, but I had a VERY, VERY hard time sleeping. Needless to say, I only got about 5 hours of sleep, so I needed a little rest after work.

Once I regained my energy (somewhat), I accompanied Evan to the gym. Thank goodness for Evan because if he wasn't going I might have stayed resting. Once at the gym, I elipticalled for 20 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of stair climbing and then a half an hour of various weights and ab exercises. It was a pretty good workout considering my tiredness.

This morning Evan and I were supposed to make breakfast together, but because of my restless night I chose to sleep in a few extra minutes and made breakfast for dinner instead.

  1. Some nights I come home and the only thing I can think about eating is eggs? Go figure. I should try the Mediterranean omelet thing on Marcus.
